By booking an Akashic Records session with Suz’s Soul speak, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Akashic Records sessions are a spiritual and intuitive service offered for personal insight, reflection, and self-awareness.
• Although the practitioner is a licensed nurse, this service is provided outside the scope of nursing practice.
• No medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or advice is provided during these sessions.
• This service is not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or other licensed professional care.
• All decisions and actions taken following a session are the client's sole responsibility.
Recording Consent
• You consent to the session being audio and/ or video recorded for your personal use.
• Recordings are intended to support reflection and integration.
• Recordings are for personal, private use only and may not be shared, published, or distributed.
Confidentiality & Data Handling
• Sessions are treated as confidential.
• Reasonable measures are taken to protect privacy and securely store recordings.
• Recordings may be deleted after a reasonable period of time unless otherwise agreed.
